Year One

Welcome to Year 1! Mrs. Shepherd and Miss Makda are excited to guide your child's learning journey, with Mrs. Kirkham-Moore joining us every day to enhance the experience. As part of our routine, please remember that PE takes place on Thursdays, so ensure your child arrives at school dressed in their PE kit. Additionally, reading books will be exchanged every Thursday. We kindly ask you to listen to your child read and sign off to confirm you've completed this activity together. On Fridays, we'll swap library books, offering a fresh selection of stories for your child to enjoy over the weekend. We look forward to a wonderful year of learning and growth!
